Initiating a Return

Refunds
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.1 If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original form of payment within 15 days.
5.2 If your return is rejected, we will provide you with a reason for the rejection and return the item(s) to you at your expense.
Shipping Costs
6. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
6.1 Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6.2 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
